This year, our focus is on leadership and self-care. We would like for you to tell our readers how you incorporate self-care into your busy life.

SELF-CARE

My guiding philosophy of self-care is the belief that my life is written from Heaven; leadership is influencing and inspiring. Effective leader begins with themselves. As CEO of my life, I incorporate several self-care strategies, starting with unapologetically communicating a powerful two-letter word, no; maintaining an exercise regimen; exuding an enthusiastic, positive mental attitude; controlling the controllables; unplugging from electronics; and keeping faith in all aspects.

When incorporating self-care strategies, I keep it simple and don’t find it necessary to financially go overboard.

Life is not a dress rehearsal. Self-care allows me to stay aligned, confident, and free-flowing mentally.
