Faye Blair is a seasoned beauty professional with a distinguished career spanning decades in cosmetology, salon management, and beauty education. As the former owner of Inner Beauty Salon Inc., she built a reputation for exceptional styling, client care, and community-focused service. Her passion for developing the next generation of beauty experts led her to teach cosmetology at Empire Beauty School and Pittsburgh Public Schools.
In her current role as Counter Manager for Prestige Cosmetics at Macy’s, Faye brings a powerful blend of industry expertise, leadership, and customer-centered excellence. She is known for her ability to drive sales, cultivate strong client relationships, and inspire high-performing teams.
Faye holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, strengthening her skills in team development, strategic planning, and operational success. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to empowering others to look and feel their best.
