So you want to have a spectacular event with the bells, the whistles and the glamour, but you don’t want to spend a lot of money to make your event pop!
Well, we just wrapped up one of our most talked about occasions we have ever had; our 25th Anniversary Celebration as the founder of OWN: onyx woman network took place at the
beautiful Pittsburgh Center for the Arts in Pittsburgh. As always, we had a limited budget and small staff, but what we did have was lots of creativity. We wanted to give our guests an experience, not just another awards presentation.
So we started with a great team, our YSW lifestyle blogger and business strategist Jamila Taylor, and event concierge Violet Scott. We created a design theme, and of course chose some colors that were going to sparkle, shine and exemplify sophistication.
