Jackie started training for bodybuilding in 2016 when she turned 40 and competed in her first show in 2018 at the age of 42.

Having triumphed over her own struggles with nutrition, successfully shedding and maintaining a remarkable 100-pound weight loss, she intimately understands the journey many of her clients traverse. Yet, even in her personal success, she harbored the belief that there must be a better way—a method that could be shared widely with the world. And who better to undertake this mission than her?

Out of her own experience and the collective journeys of her clients, Jackie Yvonne Nutrition, LLC was born. Jackie’s mission is unequivocal: to provide real, sustainable solutions for great health and wellness. Her commitment to delivering solid and easy-to-understand guidance has elevated her to the status of a trusted advisor in the industry. Jackie is an IFPA Sports Nutrition Specialist, IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, and was featured on KDKA Pittsburgh Today Live, solidifying her as a recognized nutritional expert.

Jackie’s company is a sanctuary for those fatigued by feeling lost on their weight loss and fitness journey, yearning for definitive answers. She stands as the perfect guide on the path to a healthier self, having walked it herself, delving into science, and putting herself and others to the rigors of the journey.

Jackie, a profound Pittsburgh native, is a mother to two sons, Rafiyq and Lenell Jr., and a grandmother to Ayla.
