Ms. Handfield is the Owner/CEO of DCH Consulting Services, LLC.  She assists highly qualified candidates get and keep their dream job.  The services focus on the following skill sets: resume writing, interview preparation, communicating in the workplace and making ethical decisions in the workplace.

Due to Ms. Handfield’s 10 years of experience as an urban school administrator and personal background, Ms. Handfield learned how invaluable it is to work with a distinguished employee.  As a toddler, Ms. Handfield and her family immigrated to the United States from the Bahamas in search of a better life.  While growing up in Philadelphia, she learned first-hand the struggles of living in poverty.  As a result, Ms. Handfield became a hard-worker.  After completing her college education, Ms. Handfield entered the educational field.  She worked for sixteen years as an educator in urban school districts within the State of New Jersey.  Within these years, Ms. Handfield worked an Elementary School Principal, where she supervised approximately 100 staff members and 510 students.

Ms. Handfield earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Temple University, a Masters of Educational Media Specialization from Kean University and a Master of Educational Administration from Caldwell College.

Ms. Handfield loves traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
