HBCU College Tour
In March 2016 NEED will host our Annual NEED HBCU Tour, a tour of 13 HBCU’s in Eastern and Southern US which is designed to expose 10th and 11th grade students to campus life and the value of attending an institution of higher learning, while providing them with a chance to visit historically significant landmarks. The overall objective of the tour is to give future NEED recipients access to black culture as it exists within prominent black institutions and organizations. This will be completed as a means to encourage, support, and motivate these students to pursue post-secondary education. http://www.needld.org/programs-services/hbcu-tours
