Kirsten spent many years battling health issues due to thyroid disease. In 2010, she was diagnosed with Graves’ disease and in 2011 she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and underwent a thyroidectomy.
After losing one brother to cancer, two other brothers and her mother to heart disease and her father to Alzheimer’s disease, she discovered her God-given purpose and dedicated her life to educating others about healthy eating and fitness for illness prevention. Her top priority is to help parents to start early by setting their children up for a lifetime of healthy eating and living.
In 2016, Kirsten joined forces with her husband Clarence S. Womack, a certified personal fitness trainer, to bring a full spectrum of fitness training and healthy living education to their company, Move With Mack.
Kirsten earned her Health Coach Certification through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and is currently enrolled in Advanced Coach Training & Techniques. She earned a Certificate in Lifestyle and Weight Management from the National Exercise and Sports Training Association and a Certificate in Nutrition, Health and Lifestyle Issues and Insights from Vanderbilt University. Kirsten also holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Franklin University.
