OW: What has been your greatest inspiration?
M&MR: Our family. We have a very entrepreneurial, hard-working, and loving family. They started businesses with a dream, talent, and fearlessness. In our family, there are successful businesses consisting of a landscaping business that has been in existence for over 50 years, PR rm, Travel Adventure Co., Lash Boutique, and, of course, our restaurant business.
OW: What was the best thing that you have ever done, which got you where you are today?
M&MR: For each of us it was to operate in our gifts and talents. When you stay in your lane and operate with your God-given talents, things will come into alignment.
OW: What would you tell your younger self?
M&MR: All your actions have consequences, good or bad. You will make mistakes in life, but use each experience as a learning lesson. Listen to those who have wisdom to help guide you in the right direction. Build and maintain good credit. Credit is easy to mess up, but harder to fix.
OW: What advice would you give to anyone about following their dreams?
M&MR: The sky is the limit! You can do whatever you put your mind to. One of our favorite quotes is, “If you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, you won’t.” Have faith. If you put forth the effort, things may not come easy, but in time they will come.
