Don’t be discouraged, there is still hope if you are a fabulous, female over 50 and seeking employment.  Some industries value the unique experience, the work ethics and drive that a woman of a certain age undoubtedly brings to the world of employment. During our recent job loss of millions, things will certainly take a turn. But if you require working, you shouldn’t give up.

Seek out private employment agencies and even part-time and temporary employment opportunities. There is a high possibility that you may have to typically accept a sizable pay due to the number of people present in the job market competing for similar positions. You have to look at the types of jobs that were lost.

You may want to consider utilizing your years of experience in a consulting or coaching opportunity. A part-time job or a part-time business may be just the prescription you need to bring both money and fulfillment to your life; while allowing you to pay bills and the time to focus on your desires and goals.
